macwolf asked: Any online sources that will be helpful in memorizing bones? Any positive techniques in order to pass my first paleopathology course?

roguepromise asked: But it's such a wonderful new URL! No apologies necessary. (Also, I'll throw rocks at anyone harassing you.)
My apologies for changing my URL without notice
I know this can sometimes cause problems, however I was experiencing some difficulty with a stalker hatin’ on my page. Since this person is not technologically savvy, they will have a difficult time finding it again and will hopefully give it up.
So I’ll throw this out there now to get it out of the way- if any of my lovely followers believe this blog is used to disrespect human...

kabwe1 asked: Hello again! I was wondering if you know any good paleopatological study of hydrocephalia in juveniles and adults? I would also be gratefull if you coud find me some good examples in photographic form. Thanks in advance!
kabwe1 asked: Thank you for your response! I could use some help with number of paleopathologies :) It seems I have luck in finding extraordinary paleopatological cases :)
kabwe1 asked: Hello! I am physical anthropologist from Serbia, and I share with you passion for paleopathology. Please support my page by following! I will post more pictures of skeletons with paleopathological conditions from ancient archaeological sites from Serbia. I'm also interested where do those skeletons wich pictures you post mostly came from? Are they part of some major collection?
Hello my lovely followers!
Due to the recent computer crash, I am now re-downloading all of my 11,000 files back onto my computer. After that is finally completed, I will be able to continue week themed pathology/trauma. Thank you all for being so patient.
In other news, I have submitted some pathology/trauma/archaeology/bioarchaeology memes to the ALL the things! blog. I’m not sure when they will be posted, but I...
penguinsayswhat asked: Do you know of any good bioarchaology Masters/PH.D. programs in the U.S.? I've been trying to find some, and haven't had much luck.

Let me quickly add I’m doing a happy dance about lecturing, mainly because the only people who guest lecture are professors, and we don’t have a professor that focuses bioarchaeology...

Here's the situation, people.
In the recent weeks, my hard drive decided it was time to stop working. While I have everything backed up, I have yet to put Microsoft Office back onto my new and improved Mac. The situation with this being all of the information for each picture is in an excel spreadsheet. While I can tell you briefly about every picture I have, I like to give my followers as much information as possible. SO. I...

Midwest Archaeological Conference
Any of my lovely followers going to the MAC this year? The emphasis on human osteology is severely lacking, but I’m interested in checking out the tooth modification paper and Dr. Della C. Cook’s work on cremations. Oh, and of course my presentation on wormian bones will be there to spice up the ‘special topics’ session.
